Force Replacements
Apply text substitutions to every transcript at render time. Use this to fix repeated Whisper mistranscriptions
(e.g. "Galerie Deborah Foit" → "Galerie de Bellefeuille"). Changes take effect immediately
for the live server. Static HTML files use the new rules on next rebuild.
